La enfermedad del coronavirus 2019 (COVID–19) es una afección causada por un virus que se puede propagar de persona a persona. Los síntomas más comunes son fiebre, tos, fatiga y dificultad para respirar.

La mejor manera de prevenir el contagio es mantenerse alejado a más de 2 metros de otras personas, lavarse las manos con frecuencia por más de 20 segundos y limpiar con desinfectante o alcohol (más de 60%) manos y superficies que hayan estado en contacto con elementos del exterior, cubrirse la boca completamente al toser o estornudar, y usar mascarillas en lugares públicos.

Cómo prevenir el contagio

• Lavarse las manos completamente y frecuentemente
• Desinfectar superficies con Clorox o alcohol de más de 60%
• Mantenerse alejado por lo menos 2 metros de otras personas
• Lavar la ropa y otras cosas que trae de la calle 
• Evitar tocarse la cara
• Cúbrase la boca con una mascarilla en lugares públicos.

Si tiene síntomas

• Si son leves, quédese en su casa (usted y todos los que vivan con usted)
• Manténgase aislado y desinfecte las superficies que tenga contacto
• Cubra su boca con mascarilla, si no tiene use una bandana o una bufanda
• Controle sus síntomas (si se agravan o no)
• Personas de más de 65 años, con enfermedades crónicas pulmonares, tumorales, renales, hepáticas, con diabetes u obesidad, son considerados de alto riesgo

Comuníquese con el departamento de salud de su condado 

En caso de necesitar test para coronavirus, éste será gratis, no necesita seguro médico, y no le preguntarán de su estado migratorio.
