3rd Annual Community Health Worker Forum: Strengthening Community Health

Launched in 2023, El Centro Hispano’s Community Health Worker Forum has quickly become a vital gathering for individuals committed to preventive health and community well-being. Now in its third year, the 2025 program promises to be more dynamic than ever, featuring expert-led workshops, keynote presentations, and interactive discussions on critical topics such as mental health, self-care, and community health best practices.

Who Should Attend?

This event is open to all community health workers (CHWs), CHW employers, outreach professionals, and anyone passionate about prevention and inclusion in building healthier communities. It’s an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow professionally in a supportive, bilingual, and culturally responsive space.

  • Four (4) Continued Education Hours credited toward requirements by the NC Association of Community Health Workers
  • Certificate of attendance for all participants
