The Consulate General of Guatemala Visits El Centro Hispano!
we had the great honor of welcoming Randy Castillo, Consul General of Guatemala in North Carolina, and Dayana Vicente, Vice Consul, to El Centro Hispano.
During their visit, our guests toured our offices, met with our dedicated team, and learned about the wide range of programs and services we provide to support Latino families in our community. From health access and economic development initiatives to education, civic engagement, and cultural programs, they were able to see firsthand the many ways El Centro Hispano serves as a hub of connection and empowerment.
The visit was also an important opportunity to strengthen relationships between the Guatemalan Consulate and our community, ensuring that Guatemalan families in North Carolina have the resources, support, and trusted guidance they need. By working together, we can address challenges more effectively, provide accurate information, and create new opportunities for collaboration that benefit our growing community.
We are deeply grateful to Consul General Castillo and Vice Consul Vicente for their time, leadership, and commitment to immigrant families. Their presence affirms the importance of partnerships that honor culture, strengthen trust, and expand access to opportunity.
