Who We Are
La Casa for Employment and Leadership is an initiative of El Centro Hispano which seeks to increase the economic growth, social inclusion and prosperity of Hispanic/Latino community members.
Hire Our Workers
At la Casa Employment and Leadership (CEL) , we strive to build bridges between our community and employers. In doing so, we witness how mutual support fosters progress and well-being for families.
Rent Our Tools
Thanks to the collaboration of PNC Bank, we offer a tool rental program for landscaping and outside home maintenance, which is available to workers enrolled in CEL. The tool rental program is located in the storage house at the back of the Carrboro office.
