NC Farmworker Health Program Team

This is a vaccination Hub where the workers do vaccine follow-up, administer  COVID vaccine, give referrals to  health clinic nearest to their farm. A member of the COVID-19 Response Team will follow up with you individually if these workers have given us consent to share their information for next dose facilitation. Also CHW will provide health information and translation between vaccinators and farmers.
