North Carolina offers online voter registration to existing customers of the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles. You can register to vote by mail in North Carolina by printing a NC Voter Registration Application or National Voter Registration Form, filling it out, and mailing it to your local election office. You can also register to vote in person at your county board of elections office if you prefer.
