Today Governor Roy Cooper and Secretary Mandy Cohen hosted a roundtable discussion with health care and community leaders about the impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the Hispanic/Latinx communities.

The round table was attended by the Secretary of State for Health, Mandy Cohen, Congresswoman Deborah Ross, the Secretary of State for Administration Pamela B. Cashwell, and the Director of the Governor’s Advisory Committee for Hispanic Affairs, María Rosa Rangel.

In addition, the Governor signed the extension of the Advisory Committee for Hispanic Affairs. We look forward to keep working together on behalf the Latino community in NC.
