Community Health Fair

In the midst of this global pandemic, self-care couldn’t be more important as society navigates through these uncertain times. Self-care plays an essential role in maintaining our health and well-being. It includes staying active, maintaining good physical and mental health, preventing illness and receiving care when needed.

The Pfizer Latino Community together with the Hispanic Federation and El Centro Hispano organized the “Yo Me Cuido” (I Take Care of Myself) in Durham NC to empower individuals and families to take responsibility for their health and wellness by reminding them of the importance of everyday actions including wearing masks, washing your hands, staying active, keeping six feet apart, and staying connected to loved ones.
